Nutrition plays a very important role in our over-all health. The body requires many different nutrients to perform its numerous functions keeping us alive and well. The complex systems of our bodies need to be supported by nutrients in their whole dynamic natural state. Living and raw foods provide us with the most nutritional value while over cooked; processed, irradiated foods have lost most if not all of the vitality becoming dead foods and in some cases toxic to the human biology. Refined foods are fragmented, no longer being in their whole form; they lack the energy and vitality they once had and therefore are denatured having lost important vitamins and minerals and become toxic causing more harm than good in the body.
